Comfort language is useful when you have not met: “If you're comfortable, would you like to meet at…” makes consent visible without making the invitation awkward.

Ask a real question
For example: “I've enjoyed talking with you. Want to continue this over coffee? I can send a couple of times.” A direct question gives the other person something useful to answer.

Meet somewhere busy, arrange your own transportation, keep private information private, and tell someone you trust where you are going.

Is asking early too forward?
It can be fine when the invitation is respectful and easy to decline. People need different amounts of time before meeting.

Ask clearly once, then pay attention to the response. Repeated vagueness is a reason to step back.
