Account Data
We process email, username, password-derived hashes, and account settings to provide and secure accounts. We never store your plaintext password.
Meet Request and Place Data
We store recipient display name, activity, public place identifiers and coordinates, time options, notes, response status, and reports to operate the service. Private details are disclosed only after code verification or authenticated access.
Cookies and Analytics
Essential cookies maintain signed-in sessions. Product events measure the create, share, open, response, confirmation, and recipient-registration funnels. Analytics should not contain private invitation content.
Email and Service Providers
We use an email delivery provider for password reset messages. Location search and map display are provided by Geoapify using OpenStreetMap data. Those providers process data under their own terms.
Retention and Deletion
Active records are retained while needed to provide the service, resolve abuse, and meet legal obligations. Account deletion disables access, removes identifying account fields, ends sessions, and cancels active sent requests. Some security and report records may be retained for a limited period.
Your Choices
You can update account details, delete your account, decline or cancel requests, and contact us about privacy questions. Security logs and abuse reports may be kept when necessary to protect people and the service.
